Who this is for

APEX is a training and nutrition log. It helps you plan workouts, track lifts, meals, body composition, and recovery. It is a tool, not a coach, doctor, or dietitian standing over your shoulder.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account — you can still browse as a guest.

Browsing as a guest is still use of APEX. Do not use guest health logging, photo reading, or social if you are under 18. Creating an account is required to subscribe.

Not medical advice

Nothing in APEX is medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Programs, calorie targets, body-fat estimates, wearable scores, and generated workouts are suggestions for generally healthy adults.

Check with a physician before you start, change, or intensify training or eating — especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop if something hurts in a way that is not normal training stress.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account and to subscribe. You are responsible for the username, password, and anything done on your account.

Usernames are unique. Workouts you log can be visible to people you follow when social exists. Bodyweight, scans, meals, and check-ins stay private unless a feature you turn on clearly says otherwise.

We can suspend or close an account that is abusive, impersonating, spam, or a safety risk.

Paid plans

Monthly plans: Basic $9.99, Elite $16.99, Max $29.99. They auto-renew. Stripe charges the payment method on file. Cancel in Account → Plan (Stripe customer portal). Paid features stay until the period already paid for ends. No partial refunds unless the law requires them. See /refunds.

Hand logging never counts against an AI cap. Stripe’s terms apply. APEX never stores full card numbers. We email before a price increase. Material term changes need notice — not silent continued use.

What you log

You own the workouts, meals, photos, and notes you enter. You give APEX a license to store them, show them back to you, and — only where you opted in — show workout photos and sessions to followers.

Do not upload photos or comments you do not have the right to share. Do not post anyone’s private health data.

Wearables and imports

If you connect Oura, Strava, or drop a file from another app, you authorize APEX to pull the readings those services send us. Their terms still apply. Disconnect anytime.

Acceptable use

No harassment, hate, or sexual content involving minors. No scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the service. No medical claims on behalf of APEX.

Availability

APEX is provided as-is. Features change. Keep your own backup if the numbers matter to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, APEX and its operators are not liable for injuries, stalled lifts, missed races, or decisions you make from the numbers on screen.
